When you order: your email, name, delivery address and phone number. When you sign in: a four digit code sent to your email, we never store a password. While your album is made: the photographs you upload and the messages you exchange with the studio.

We never see or store your card details. Payment runs entirely through Stripe.

Photographs are stored on private, access-controlled storage and are seen only by the studio team who design and print your album. They are never used for marketing, never shared, and never used to train anything.

After delivery we keep them so you can order another copy of your album. Write to us at any time and we delete them.

To perform the contract with you: making, proofing and delivering your album, and sending the transactional emails an order produces. To meet legal obligations, such as invoicing and accounting. We do not send marketing email.

A small set of processors act on our instructions: Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (photograph and file storage), Mailgun (email delivery), Expo (push notifications in the app), Vercel and Render (hosting). Each processes only what its role requires.

Order and invoicing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Photographs are kept so you can reorder, until you ask us to delete them. Sign-in codes expire within minutes.

You can ask for access to your data, its correction, its deletion, a portable copy, or restriction of and objection to its processing. Write to support@albumelu.ro and we respond without undue delay.

You can also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in your own country.

The site uses only what it needs to work: your session, your cart, your store choice. Our analytics are cookie-free and do not identify you. There are no advertising trackers.
